We are looking for a Chef who has thorough understanding of preparing English and Continental breakfast at a four star hotel. The shifts are Mon-Sun (one day off per week) from 6.00 am-12.30 pm. Payment 6.50 p/h.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Prepare meals which can be reheated at a later time
Must be aware and follow any cultural, religious or health related restrictions in meals
Proper storing of foods
Good understanding of nutritional needs
Awareness of any celebratory events that will need a special menu
Work within a hygienic and sanitarily approved kitchen
Be aware and follow local and state approved health-department guidelines
Drop-off and provide instructions for re-heating of meals.
