Tier 1-2 support to both onsite and remote systems through onsite, phone, web based tools and email communication. 
Required Skills: 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems – Windows XP to Windows 8.x 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suits 2007-2013
• knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems – Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2012 R2. 
• The ability to manage and maintain Active Directory environment,
